I ordered a navy dress, but what showed up was black and in the wrong size. I figured it might’ve just been a one-time mix-up, but the same thing happened again. From my experience, if the item in the package doesn’t match the color or size I ordered, that’s clearly not correct, but customer support kept insisting it was. Super frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.
